The apartment seems freshly renovated, the room is clean and has everything I needed. Good Wi-Fi. There's a shared kitchen, and the staff is very helpful—he booked a concert and a massage/bath for me. The room has air conditioning, a heater, a TV with many channels, and a small fridge.
